We have migrated all websites to new servers. This will have no impact on uptime, however you should note that if you are using any of the following hostnames in your email settings, you should change them.
- r015.lon1.mysecurecloudhost.com
- r016.lon1.mysecurecloudhost.com
- s479.lon7.mysecurecloudhost.com
- s528.lon6.mysecurecloudhost.com
- s610.lon8.mysecurecloudhost.com
- s938.lon1.mysecurecloudhost.com
All these have been superseded. You can replace them with
- mail.yourdomain.com where ‘yourdomain.com’ is YOUR actual domain name, eg: mail.canarydwarf.co.uk
If you get authentication errors with this, please email [email protected] and we’ll check your settings. Be prepared to send us a screenshot or photo of your settings.
